When you submit an application for participation on events listed on the website we may ask you to provide your first name, last name, a company name, email address, Teams/Telegram and your phone number. We may use these data to notify you about important information regarding the event before and after the date of the event. Collected according to this paragraph data will be removed from our data storage at the last day of the following month after the date of the event.

You provide some of this data directly when you create an account on the website, register for an Offerpump event, contact us using a "Contact us" form on the website or consent/register for our corporate newsletter. We use the data to communicate with you, provide you data regarding your account, security updates and product information. We may send you newsletters which consist of the latest updates regarding our platform, services and offers, our events, company or industry news, which we consider to be relevant to you and your business. We shall not send more than 2 of these industry news and company news newsletters per month.

Offerpump does not sell, rent or lease its collected under this Policy data to third parties.

Offerpump may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information collected by Offerpump is not transferred to the third party.
