We are seeking a professional, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Web-Performance Analyst. This role is critical to our mission of understanding user behavior, identifying key factors influencing users, and improving overall site performance and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in creating structured data systems and analyzing data to support actionable insights. This position requires a proactive mindset, flexibility to take on varied tasks, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

User Behavior Analysis:

  • Assist in the analysis of user behavior and identify patterns that impact user conversion and engagement.
  • Support in developing strategies to improve user retention and conversion rates.
  • Help prepare insights reports on user behaviour trends for internal teams.

Data System Development:

  • Support in the creation and maintenance of a structured data system to track user behavior.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure proper data collection and reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of tracking mechanisms and data accuracy checks.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Help monitor website performance and report on user journey analytics.
  • Identify potential issues in user experience, like bugs or slow load times, and escalate them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in the development of recommendations for performance optimizations based on analysis.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders in implementing data-driven strategies for product and website improvements.

Tool Expertise:

  • Learn to use and gain proficiency in analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel.
  • Contribute to optimizing the usage of analytics platforms to gather actionable data.

  • Demonstrate a professional and solution-oriented approach in all tasks and interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, website performance analytics, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Heap, and/or Mixpanel is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in building and maintaining structured data systems will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Familiarity with user behavior analysis and UX principles is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism and accountability in all tasks.
  • Experience in B2C websites (e.g., e-commerce, apps, or online platforms) is strongly preferred.
