We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Web-application Performance Data Specialist for our B2C online products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating data models to understand user behaviour and actions, monitoring data performance, conducting deep competitor analysis, and driving data-driven strategies to improve our website’s functionality and client satisfaction. This role also requires strong management skills to lead teams, oversee projects, back all suggestions and improvements with hard data, evidence and research, and solve problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Data and Analytics:
- Gather and analyze data on client demographics and behavior.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify customer behaviour on the website by tracking individual user IDs. Gather and analyse data to create funnels that allow for the identification of user actions and journeys. Use this information to improve customer experience and revenue.
Data Driven Decision-making:
- Support all suggestions and improvements with hard data and evidence.
- Use data to back proposals and demonstrate the impact of suggested changes.
- Ensure all decisions are informed by solid data analysis and research.
Site Monitoring:
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and resolve bugs, glitches, and issues related to slow website performance and other possible issues.
Competitive Analysis:
- Study competitors to understand trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Suggest site enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to increase purchase checkouts.
- Develop strategies to keep clients engaged on the website longer.
- Implement features and content that align with client interests and preferences.
- Lead and participate in meetings with our development team to discuss and brainstorm ways to improve overall performance and areas to improve.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and manage meetings effectively.
Problem-Solving:
- Proactively identify and address issues affecting website performance and user experience.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance site functionality.
- Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and solve challenges efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in website optimization, analytics, and performance monitoring for online B2C products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Fluency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage meetings, lead discussions, and work collaboratively with all members in the company.
- Demonstrate management skills with experience in leading and developing teams.
- Experience in training team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to back proposals with research and evidence.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
