We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, optimizing affiliate campaigns, and driving the growth of our affiliate program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Analysis & Optimization:
  Analyze and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and ensure partners achieve their objectives.
• Partner Communication:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners. Maintain regular communication, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Relationship Building & Maintenance:
  Establish, nurture, and grow strong relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners. Work closely with partners to understand their goals and align them with our business objectives.
• Market Research & Business Development:
  Investigate market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Generate innovative ideas for the development and growth of our affiliate program, particularly within Offerpump.
• Issue Management & Resolution:
  Identify and report any bugs or issues within the affiliate program. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution and maintain program integrity.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of affiliate marketing. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM and invoicing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
